🚨 Hiring: SHARP E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Supporting the CEO)
We run an 8-figure K-beauty DTC brand with a 40+ person team. We move fast, and I need someone who can keep up with me and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m hiring an E-commerce VA who is genuinely great at getting things done without being told twice.
The job in one line: be my right hand. Manage my inbox and calendar, keep the store running day to day, chase down suppliers and the team, turn messy tasks into clean systems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll own:
My inbox, calendar, and follow-ups. Daily Shopify tasks: orders, refunds, returns, product updates, and inventory checks. Coordinating with suppliers, the 3PL, and the team on Slack. Research, reports, and trackers I can read in 30 seconds. SOPs for anything we do more than twice.
What I need from you:
3+ years as an e-com VA at a DTC brand or for a founder. Hands-on with Shopify. Proof required, not “familiar with.” Strong written English, because you’ll be talking to people on my behalf. Organized enough to run your own task list and tell me what’s done, not ask what’s next. Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp, beauty or skincare experience, or AI tools are a big plus. Full-time, remote, and able to work US hours.
Comp: $750-$800/mo, full-time.
