Content & Social Media Manager
Location: Lagos (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦600,000 monthly (based on experience and skill)
We are looking for a creative, hands-on professional to manage our brand's online presence, develop engaging content and drive audience growth across our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok.
• Create and write engaging posts, captions, newsletters, short-form video scripts and blog articles.
• Adapt content to suit each platform rather than using the same content across all channels.
• Maintain consistency in the brand's voice and visual identity.
• Schedule and publish content, respond to comments and direct messages, and actively engage with the online community.
• Track content performance, including reach, engagement, shares, saves, clicks and conversions, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, product and business teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok.
• Experience using social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Added Advantages:
• Experience creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels/TikTok).
• Proficiency in Canva or Figma.
• Familiarity with Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Google Analytics 4.
• Experience in the technology, fintech or B2B industry.
• Experience working with content creators and influencers.
